Gregg Covin A Miami native, is perhaps best known for developing the Hotel St. Augustine and the Neville Condominium in Miami Beach's hot South Beach area. His family has been building in Miami for over 55 years.

Chad Oppenheim Principal of OPPENheim architecture + design will serve as the project's architect. He is the recipient of numerous design distinctions such as the 2000 American Architecture Award, and the 2000 AIA Florida Architecture Award.
